Connecting Hosts to Cambrionix Hubs

Each Cambrionix hub is only able to connect to one host. The Cambrionix API running on the host system will connect to the USB hub and hold that connection open, which will only allow one at a time.

Products that have two potential host ports, such as the TS3-16 and the TS3-C10, will only be able to connect one port to a host, with the other port acting as an expansion port. Products such as the PDSync-C4 have one ‘Host Port’ and one ‘Expansion Port’ and are labelled clearly as such.
