Troubleshooting LEDs Not Lighting Up on Cambrionix Hubs
If your product has LEDs assigned to each port and does not light up when a device is connected to the USB port, then there may be an issue with either the port or the LED itself. (There is no state defined for LEDs to be turned off if a device is present, so this is not expected behaviour).
The first step to try would be to reset the LEDs &/or cycle them on and off:

Navigate to your Hub from the Menu-bar

Click on ‘Details’ from the additional menu:
Scroll down to the LED section and you can cycle through all 3 options:

Turn all LEDs on

Flash All LEDs

Reset
If the LED is not lighting up and the device is not charging or visible on the host system, then the next step would be to check that all the settings of the hub are at their default settings.

From this Details page (or the hub page), click on the Settings cog (next to the ‘Details’ one)

Scroll down and click on ‘Reset to Factory Defaults’
