Address Types and Components

There are two key classifications: address types and address component types. The types array in the result represents the address type. Examples of address types include a street address, a country, or a political division. Additionally, there is a types array within address components, which specifies the type of each individual part of the address, such as a street number or country. A full list of types is provided below. Addresses may have multiple types, which can be viewed as tags. For instance, many cities are tagged with both the political and locality types.
